Orient-Express Hotels, Ltd. has sold its New Orleans property, the Windsor Court Hotel, to The Berger Company, Inc., a real estate development and investment firm, for $44.25 million.
Both Windsor Court Hotel and Berger Company are based in the US. Orient-Express Hotels is a Bermuda-based owner and operator of luxury hotels, restaurants, tourist trains, and river cruise properties.
